I’ve got a huge tub full as a gift from a kind neightbour but not very keen on them raw - anyone got any good receipes?

Compost bin? :D I’m not a fan of gooseberries, but saw HFW adding them to strawberry jam the other day on River Cottage, recipe should be online somewhere.  Also I think you can do crumble with them or a fool.

Thanks bhc - I’m not keen either but I hate wasting food so have to do something - maybe jam with strawbs would cover the taste? And I’ve got strawberries on the veg patch….

the jam is delicious, and gooseberry crumble with apples and some elderflower cordial in there yum
