Well we have had a weird week;
Rowan ending up in hospital with asthma and all the emotional distress that has bought on us.
Spending time on the childrens ward in hosp, with all the poorly kiddies.
Then today I heard a lady I kind of know (her kids are roughly the same age as mine) has died of a heart attack (only aged 36).
Even Micheal Jackson!
It has been a truly emotional week and at the end of it all I can think is I love my life, my family, my freinds, this world.  And I want to embrace it and everything it has to offer us. 
So often we get stuck in the hum drum days and start moaning, getting uptight about the littlest of things, when really it doesnt matter, what matters is we are here, so lets enjoy it! xx
Sorry I just had to share that, I am in floods of tears typing this and cant wait for the boys to wake up from their naps to give them all a big hug.

what a lovely post xx i think there must be something in the air this week, Mj died, reu got sick and op cancelled, my sister got sick, a friend of mine from my childhood died from cancer,(34!!) and my friends gran died , whats going on xxx really does make you take stock xx well said xx
