Mine eat dry Whiskers.  i used to get them the meaty pouches but they’ve gone off them.  We tried keeping them as hosue cats butwith the weather so hot, we keep leaving doors and windows ope and they keep escaping!  They’ve brought back mice, slugs and 2 half eaten baby birds so far, which makes me sick!  Think I might carry on letting them out, though will have to get their shots done first!

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, “I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.“ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.

Ours is an odd ball he won’t touch any thing raw apart for what he catches which he them proceeds to either throw it up or it gives him the runs. I have to keep any food that contains milk away for him as this also makes him throw up. He howls, when make the bate in the morning as he loves cucumber and won’t leave me alone till I give him a bit and he’s also a bugger for eating the inside outa the cucumber and melons if they’re left out. I did try him with a couple of the “holistic” brand cat foods but he turned his nose up and wouldn’t touch them. I’ve managed to get him to eat “Joe and Jacks” which seems to agree with him and doesn’t have any nasty side effects.

Ours are on a raw food diet. When we took on the 2 Maus 1 was so poorly the breeder thought he was going to die and he was only a third of the size of his brother. We started giving him raw food and within 2 weeks he had double his body weight. The vet saw him last week and couldn’t believe it was the same cat. I did a bit of research into cat food and was amazed at the junk that goes into it.
