Hello there!
A very shy hello from me. I’m Holly, i’m 23 years old from Edinburgh in sunny Scotland. I’ve been lurking here for a while and thought it was about time i took the plunge and said hello! I was actually prompted to do it today after seeing a young woman breastfeeding her baby at a bus stop on one of the busiest streets in Edinburgh earlier today. It was lovely.
I have 2 beautiful daughters, Ella and Poppy, aged 5 and 3. I’m also expecting twins in October this year. After having been a very ‘mainstream’ parent up until about a year ago i’m eager to continue to change my parenting style. Having bottlefed both of my girls, used disposable nappies and even tried controlled crying when my Eldest daughter was small… Life has dramatically changed and these babies will be a totally new experience for all of us!
I’ve also become increasingly aware of the environment that me and my girls are living in and how important it is for us to do our bit to preserve it for my children to grow up in and in turn their children.
So there we are….. lovely to meet you all
