What is the best oil to burn for DS#2’s stuffy nose, he doesn’t have a cold just gets very blocked at night and first thing in the morning, we live on a farm surrounded obviously by fields which doesn’t help matters, I thought if I could put a *safe* oil burner in his room at night, this might clear it??

I used to have a small burner in which I would put a tiny piece of charcoal and some solid camphor when I was sick. The camphor would basically melt away on the charcoal and helped with blocked nose. The small burner was made of ceramic I think…I bought everything from a company which sells incenses in an organic fair more than 10 years ago. My other idea would be to get some aromatherapy oils, maybe one drop on the pillow before going to bed. As it is quite strong it usually last through the night. You could get some advices from someone who knows more than me, thats for sure, smile because I don’t know too much about oils or research online.
