Arnica is a parents support group to discuss ways to promote Natural Health and Immunity for our families. This is part of the Arnica network which consist of many groups around the country (http://www.arnica.org.uk) and a thriving yahoo group.
Each meeting will have a discussion topic, with members also able to raise current concerns and issues. We will talk about health issues including good nutrition, ways to optimise natural immunity, natural ways to treat common ailments, concern about antibiotics and vaccines etc.

Here are the details of the next 2 Camden Arnica Group meetings:
Friday 16th July “A Natural First Aid Kit”, including natural remedies for common ailments (especially summer ones like hayfever, bites and stings, sunburn etc). What’s in your family medicine cupboard/box? Members can share their ideas and recommendations.
Friday 13th August “Fever” - what’s going on in the body during fever, how to treat fever, when to be concerned etc. This will begin with a short talk from homeopath Jenny Hautman, followed by a discussion of members views and experience.
Both meetings 10am-midday. Children are of course welcome to attend too.
