I’m sure you mentioned a lemon yogurt cake as an aside in a different post. Any chance of a recipe? It sounds amazing, and I’d quite like to make one for my mother-in-law for mother’s day.

Just realised that doesn’t sound very kind to my mum! She doesn’t really go for lemon cake - I’ll make her a chocolate one instead! smile

Enjoy (p.s. some of the reviews said it was too sweet - I didn’t find that to be so with all the lemon in it- actually planning on making it again today as I’ve got lemons and yoghurt to use up)
