Sugar free cake recipe

Does anyone have a favourite? DD is gearing up for a healthy eating week so I want to ditch both sugar and fructose. I don’t mind using molasses, sweet freedom, agave syrup etc…

Would love to hear your successes! I have plenty of ideas for sugar free biscuits, but not cakes

Shoot, I’m about to make raisin bread in the breadmaker, but realise I’m out of butter. Can I just use the same weight in oil you think? It’s only 25gr.

Thanks!

I’m looking, as the title suggests, for your favourite smoothie / juice recipes that result in a RED drink!

This is for heart month, next month. I thought I’d blend them up on You Tube and give our verdict. So go ahead and share your faves. I’m a complete beginner so need proper recipes, not just a bit of this and some of that otherwise I’ll end up with something hideous no doubt!

Vegan or not, it doesn’t matter as they are for DH to take to work - thinking if I make some that I can freeze, I wont be able to scoff them all!

cakey/scone-y/flapjacky type things, preferably healthy too!

Thank you mama’s x x

wholemeal raisin bread recipe for breadmaker?

In the recipe book i got with my breadmaker, there was a recipe for raisin bread (they called it spiced fruit loaf). It’s lovely bread, but only uses white bread flour. I was wondering, does anyone have a recipe which uses wholemeal flour or a mix of the two? I think that if I just swapped, I would need to bake on another setting, as the type of flour seems to dictate the setting. I don’t want to waste a pan full of ingredients! Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Determined to make this little fella as I think DD will LOVE it!
I’ve just taken it from the oven and the pastry looks lovely but it appears all the jam has leaked out and is now burned onto the tray! What should I do next time to prevent a jam-less roly poly?

Dh has just invited his parents over for dinner tomorrow night assuming as usual they wold be too busy and they blooming said yes!

So any ideas what to cook? It’s so long since I’ve cooked a ‘proper’ dinner as we’ve been living off quick fixes since I was pregnant. We’re veggie, dd is df (but happy to do her a portion without) and they don’t like anything spicy.

Was thinking veggie lasagne but not sure if I can be bothered with the hassle Any other ideas??
