I have been married for a very loooong time! and have five children, three of whom are now grown: Emma and Kathryn 23 and Sara 20.  Then we have Benedict 6 years and Pip has turned one in December. I am no stranger to chronic health conditions and disabilities and due to multiple dietary needs life is never dull in my kitchen!

I have been fortunate to birth my last two children at home and was doubly blessed to have Indie Midwives for pregnancy/labour/post partum with Pip.

I have just joined the yahoo compact group and am re-doubling my efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle.  I am an eco warrior in the making!
