Founder Nicola Eckersley says, ‘The last few months have been very intense; lots of late nights and many challenges faced but with passion and enthusiasm we have made it happen. There have been innumerable influences along the way that have inspired, educated and guided us to making our dreams fabricate into reality. Just to name a few are;

Rob Greenfield a ‘Dude making a difference’, someone who used social media in a positive light, spreading truth, knowledge and enthusiasm for life with everything he chooses to tackle and being one of the first to introduce us to ‘zero-waste’ and what it means to give back to the Earth instead of always taking.
Cowherds Cafe, Paula and Jon are perfect examples of taking control of your life. They found their passion and put 100% into making it a reality. They showed me that you have to just go for it. Do what makes you buzz, in their case providing people with good nutrition and knowledge to sustain a healthy life. Massive respect for these two and the world they are creating back in my hometown, Salford.
The Happy Pear, two guys who went into the unknown when they bought a grocery store back in 2004. But since then they have changed so many lives, they’ve put real food back on the table of many homes and they spread words of encouragement daily to their followers, to just go out there and get it.

Ultimately we have created something we wish existed; a way to shop cleaner and greener. Shopping unpackaged drastically reduces the need for energy intensive recycling and sending toxic products to landfill. Let’s take back control; let’s eat real food from organic farming, reducing plastic production and food waste.
