A circular skirt is always a show-stopper and it’s surprisingly easy to make your own made-to-measure pattern. The lovely folk at The Textile Directory have a pattern for a gorgeous coral coloured organic cotton skirt but you could substitute this for any fabric or design that suits you.
This pattern shows you how to make a circular skirt. The pattern is taken from Sew It Up, a comprehensive guide to sewing techniques. The book covers everything you need to know, including both hand and machine techniques used in crafts, dressmaking and soft furnishings.
