It's ok to rest, to not be achieving every moment of the day says Adeola Sheehy in her weekly forecast, using the moon as our guide. Allow the rest period before the new moon to be a chance for radical rest.

The crone phase is when you find yourself staring out of the window not thinking, where you go into a room to get something but once there you can’t remember what or why. It’s the phase where your mind drifts, where thoughts rise and fall but never make it all the way to the surface.

While this can be maddening at times, and this year we have all experienced the frustration of enforced ‘rest’, this week allow yourself permission to sit in the window without wishing to be on the other side.

It’s okay to not always be doing and achieving.

It’s not wasted time. It’s time where meditation occurs without any preparation, effort or conscious intent.

It’s the cessation of thought, and if you allow it, it can be blissful.

Join us next Sunday evening for the following week’s forecast.
