This can feel exciting and like the world is full of possibilities, but it can also feel overwhelming and frustrating as you find you just can’t do it all. Deciding what we want, that main thing to put our energy and focus into can be hard.
Try and remember the messages the crone phase gave you, remember the stillness and find that once again. If only for ten minutes each day.
