Take time to acknowledge and tend to any bruised feelings and release them when you are ready and able. The wheel is turning and spring with all its hope and light is on its way.

The winter season is the easiest one to lean into our need for rest. Allow the darkness of the skies and the darkness of the season to grant you any permission you need to care for yourself and find the rest you crave.

Rest looks different for each of us, whether it be sleep, a yin yoga practice, reading a book or the slow methodical click clack of knitting needles. What do you need?
